We are so excited that you are ordering a custom leatherwork product! Usually there are a few things that we'd like to know.
1. Typically what kind of product (ex. belt, wallet, shoes etc.)
2. What type of tooling or anything specific on the product (ex. floral tooling, cowhide, buck-stitch etc.)
3. What kind of dyes, paints or any messages written on the product
We now have order worksheet that is available! This will help us with the ordering process! Please return worksheet once completed.
Typically, our wait time for creating your product is 8-10 weeks. We will let you know if we do need more time to work on it! If you need the product at a specific time, we will work with you!
Your order will be subject to a rush fee. Fee will vary on the type of project. If you are needing tack or saddles repaired, it will be required for us to have it at a minimum of two weeks. If needed before will also be subject to a rush fee of $100.
At this time, we are only accepting check, cash or money orders.
Payments MUST be paid in full before starting any project or if need to, a half down deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) with last half paid before project is shipped. A fee of $40 will be charged if check is returned.

We do send all products priority mail via USPS. We will send you the tracking number once it's shipped.
